Introduction to industrial cleaning
 

Pollutant layer or covering layer formed on the surface of an object under physical, chemical or biological effects is called “dirt”. The process of removing these pollutants or covering layer to restore the original surface is called “cleaning”. Cleaning involved in industrial production belongs to the category of industrial basic cleaning.
As an important part of China’s industrial economy, the industrial cleaning industry has been booming. Statistics show that in 2011, China’s industrial cleaning equipment and industrial cleaning agent market value alone reached 20 billion yuan; there were over 1,000 cleaning equipment manufacturing and distributing enterprises, with the number of ultrasonic cleaner manufacturers increasing from only several in the early 1990s to over 200, and over 1,000 cleaning agent manufacturing and distributing enterprises. They have formed a large industry.
 

Electro-catalytic water cleaning principle



Electro-catalytic water cleaning principle: After normal water passes electro-catalytic water equipment, the original water molecular group clusters are ionized and electrolyzed into smaller water molecular groups or monomeric water molecules and a large amount of OH- and H3O+. Monomeric water molecules have excellent dirt cleaning function. When monomeric water molecules and electro-catalytic water with oxidizing ions impact the dirt on the object surface, the water in molecular state enters the molecules of the dirts, and strong oxidizing ions strip these molecules. Water impact removes the dirt, and cleans the object surface. Electro-catalytic water pH could be adjusted according to the characteristics of the object surface.
