Rights and interests of after-sales service
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and define the responsibilities and obligations of product repair, replacement and return undertaken by seller, repairer and producer.
The productenjoys lifetime servicing provided by ourafter-sales center.
The following conditions are not in the warranty scope:
1、Machine damage caused by human factors.
2、Damage caused by disassembly and repair by unauthorized personnel.
3、Normal wear and tear during use.
4、Damage caused by failing to properly install and use the product according to the operating manual.
5、There is no purchase receipt, or the purchase receipt is inconsistent with the product or has been altered.
6、Damage or malfunction caused by force majeure.

At the time of purchase, completely and correctly fill in your after-sales service card and stamp the seal of the seller.
Please safekeep the after-sales service card and purchase receipt. Valid after-sales service card is the basic guarantee for after-sales service.
